Apparently the PS3 doesn’t need a Wireless Adaptor – it is inbuilt. So long as you have a wireless router/connection, it should find it automatically.
As for the wireless keyboard I know it is on the 360 but not sure on PS3 and don’t think you can have mouse either.
The PS3 Has built in Wireless Inter. Go to the Network Settings under Settings. And select Custom, then Wireless, do from there.

Built in Wi-Fi. You can use any wireless keyboard and mouse. There is supposed to be a bluetooth keybord/mouse combo coming ot soon.
